What is the best thing about having a business on Capitol Hill? Being a part of the fabric of the neighborhood and meeting many of the special people who live here. And being able to walk to work!
Why is it important for people to shop local, especially around the holidays? Your money really does mean more for the business, go further for the business, and stay closer to the neighborhood and local economy when you shop small. Many of us rely on this season to carry us through slower times; supporting small businesses in your neighborhood keeps them alive and keeps the Hill varied, interesting, and a fun place to be.
