Frani-Balancing-Stick-with-LogoThis two hour workshop will give you all the tools you need to safely begin your Vinyasa Yoga practice. With an emphasis on breath work, upper body strengthening, and freedom of movement, Vinyasa Yoga is a wonderful complement to a Bikram yoga practice. This fundamentals workshop will provide a detailed understanding of the building blocks of Surya Namaskara A or Sun Salutations, – including a specific breakdown of chaturanga and downward-facing dog alignment. Come spend a few hours with Frani and Alyssa to brush up on the basics or try out something new!
