Christina and her pup Diva, a Puggle, have been together now for three years. Christina says Diva is the “friendliest dog,” to all creatures, man or beast, but as residents of Capitol Hill, the two have had plenty of city living experiences. On one occasion, “she rolled in vomit” — apparent human vomit — that resulted in Diva being covered, Christina being disgusted, but their friendship being as strong as ever.

All things end. After 29 editions, it is time to archive our Capitol Hill Pets series and come up with some new ideas for Alex and Capitol Hill photographers to capture. Thanks Barley and Boo and Edison and Lady and Cow. It’s been fun.
