• Cal Anderson arrest: Police had their hands full after taking suspects into custody for a reported robbery in Cal Anderson Park last Saturday afternoon. According to the SPD report on the incident, the victim said she was pushed to the ground and her backpack was stolen by a group of known males. But as police detained the males in the park, the victim refused to identify the suspect. One of the group was taken into custody for “false reporting” — that’s when things got a little crazy
  The suspect was booked for investigation of harassment and malicious mischief, hate crime statutes.
• I-5 OD: Seattle Police were called to the area of homeless and drug camps below I-5 near Pine and Minor Tuesday afternoon after a report that a male was undergoing CPR at the scene. According to radio dispatches, the male recovered after the CPR and the administration of overdose antidote naloxone by Seattle Fire.
• Felony warrant suspect chase: Police in cars and on bikes fanned out across Capitol Hill last Wednesday, October 4th, after a reportedly armed felony warrant suspect was spotted and fled from a car ditched at Summit and Pine. The search spread across several blocks and police recovered a bag from a rooftop along the Crawford Place alley but there were no arrests.

• Capitol Hill burglar’s journal: An October burglary investigation at a facility on 14th Ave E didn’t turn up a suspect. But the busted into maintenance room yielded an interesting collection of evidence — including the apparent burglar’s journal:
  SPD is investigating.
• 14th Ave robbery: A man was pistol-whipped in a robbery reported just after midnight on September 28th on 14th Ave in the Central District:
  Police say the victim suffered a cut to his head but declined medical aid. There were no arrests.
• Cal Anderson robbery: The victim in a reported robbery at Cal Anderson walked away from investigating police despite having been struck by a stick or a pipe in the face and having his wallet and phone stolen. According to the report on the morning September 28th incident, police arrived as the man was receiving aid from Seattle Fire on 11th Ave. But once police were on the scene, the victim decided to move on:
  
• Moped knife threat: Watch out for a woman riding a red Moped-style motorcycle aggressively around Broadway — she might have a knife. Police were called to Broadway and Harrison last Thursday night during the 6 PM commute by a driver who said a motorcycle rider had cut him off, flipped him off, and threatened him with a four to six inch knife after he honked. Police responded to the intersection but the woman and her red Moped were long gone.
• Wine shoplifter: A repeat shoplifter tried to use a familiar dilemma as her excuse for suspicious behavior in an October 1st theft reported at the Harvard Market QFC. According to the report on the incident, store security found a $4.99 four-pack of wine in the alleged thief’s bag. The suspect told police she was simply trying to decide between white and pink wine when she was tackled by security. The woman was taken into custody and trespassed from the store.
• 7-11 beer beating: Police found a victim bloodied and with a broken nose after he was beaten outside the E Madison 7-11 in an early morning October 7th incident. According to police, the victim had been attempting to purchase beer after 2 AM at area 7-11s when he ran into trouble off E Madison:
  A witness told police the victim had been “rude and demanding” before the unknown suspect pushed him out of the store and beat him. The victim declined medical attention.
• Dildo assault: Police investigated this dildo assault reported at a Minor Ave medical facility last Tuesday just before midnight:You won’t be surprised to hear that police report finding a “white crystal substance” in the suspect’s backpack. The 0.1 grams tested positive as meth. According to the report, the suspect was booked on assault and drug charges. “The Dildo was packaged and entered into evidence,” the report notes.
• Summit Ave assault: We can’t even bring ourselves to try to parse this Mad Libs-style report on an arrest of an assault suspect on Summit Ave last Thursday around 2 AM but you’ll note the report includes meth (again), as well as a bike, and a croquet mallet:
