Capitol Hill Pets | Frankie and Olivia at the library

Frankie and Olivia were spotted trudging through the misty rain outside the Capitol Hill branch of the Seattle Public Library. Frankie, a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix, is two years old and has been with Olivia since he was a puppy. Apparently, Frankie is already famous on the Hill, not just because of his friendly demeanor but also because he is a mighty jumper.

We ask photographer Alex Garland to follow marchers in the rain and do crazy things like trying to make yet another picture of yet another huge apartment building look interesting. We thought we’d ask him to do something a little more fun. Capitol Hill Pets is a semi-regular look at our furry, fuzzy, feathered, and finned friends found out and about on Capitol Hill.
