We know, visitor, it’s hard to tell the difference between Halloween and any other day of the year on Capitol Hill. Same goes for early March as Emerald City Comic Con fills the downtown convention center with real-life superheroes and characters of all sorts do what characters generally do when they hike up Capitol Hill like have a drink, or, if your mask allows, get a bite to eat.
