Raised is limiting purchases to one per person. The Doughnut Day flavors “will include our most popular flavors,” Kim says: Raspberry holes, maple bars, apple fritters, blueberry basil, mochi, and ube coconut.
CHS told you about plans for Raised Doughnuts in the former Collins Gold Exchange store back in March. Kim says Raised should be open in about two weeks. It’s a busy time as some of the backers of the project are also hard at work opening East Trading Co. on E Pike where some of Kim’s sweet creations will round out a menu of Chinese and Korean bar food.
Raised Doughnuts is located at 1101 23rd Ave this spring. You can learn more at raiseddoughnuts.com.
