On Friday, March 30th, Chabad of Capitol Hill will be hosting an upscale Communal Passover Seder. Come and celebrate the Holiday of Freedom with an authentic traditional Passover Seder in the spirit of family and community. Complete with a gourmet Passover dinner, hand-made Shmurah Matzah and four cups of delicious Kosher wine. Experience the Haggadah (story of the Exodus) with traditional songs, stories and spiritual insights. Space is limited, reservations are necessary. Capitol Hill Community Post | Shofar And Tashlich In Volunteer Park

Join us in the park as we perform the essential Mitzvah of the day. Bring in the new year with the call of the Shofar.

There will be a short shofar blowing service, followed by the Tashlich Prayer ceremony. Tashlich is a beautiful ceremony in which we throw our misdeeds into the ocean and pray for a healthy and happy sweet new year.

Thursday, September 21st, at 6:00 PM at the pond at Volunteer Park. The event is free of charge and open to all.
