Loft 63, a Contemporary & Mid Century Modern Furniture Store at 1205 E Pike (12th & Pike) has expanded into 500 square feet of upstairs “loft” space. In this new space, the store now features bedroom sets, with 3 bed options on the showroom floor, plus additional mid century modern sofa options!
Loft 63 focuses on apartment sized furniture that is a good fit for urban living! The shop features 3 lines of custom mid century modern upholstery furniture that is Made in USA, plus a new line of mid century modern solid wood furniture made right here in Washington State! Select pieces are certified sustainable. Most custom pieces have a quick four week production time. In addition to our Made in USA product, we do feature imported furniture as well. With the expanded space, Loft 63 is excited to now offer customers bedroom furniture.
The store also features smaller home decor items, many of which are handcrafted, some locally in the Northwest! Loft 63 features Natural Soy Candles made on Capitol Hill, coffee mugs etched in Portland, Picture Frames handcrafted in Oregon, Original Artwork by 5 local Seattle Artists, and much more!

At Loft 63 we carry a line of custom made sofa’s and chairs that are mid-century modern in design, which are Certified Sustainable! Made in USA, with custom upholstery options, the sofa’s and chairs feature: Natural soy cushions, metal springs made of 80% recycled steel, wood frame beneath upholstery sourced from certified sustainable forest, and it ships in recycled packaging materials.
