Now is the time to think about finding a new nest to live in for the spring. We are very much a community here where your fellow tenants are open for sharing especially at our barbeque and patio area. The Seattle Times wrote up this area because we are the only patio/barbeque on Capitol Hill. The park like setting is a favorite spot to share with your fellow tenants a good meal or just great conversation. On the other hand, maybe you would rather just layback on a towel in the sun with a favorite book on the green grassy yard. This park like setting is truly a special place for all of our tenants. We also have a private “P” Patch area for our tenants with a green thumb who wise to grow their own veggies or flowers.

This is a fantastic apartment. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit and dishwasher and garbage disposal. Secured garage parking is included in the price as well.
