Pride Picnic this weekend on Capitol Hill — Healeo handing out free flags

If you are looking to stock up on healthy organic chow and show your pride, Healeo is the place to be.

Leading up to the Seattle Pride Parade on June 24th, 15th/Madison’s Healeo will again be handing out free, full-size rainbow pride flags to anyone who asks, which will look great with whatever tasty, multicolored, wheatgrass-infused smoothie you order there. All you have to do is ask for one at the register, and voila, you are set for the Parade. Many of the merchants on Capitol Hill will also be selling flags leading up to Pride, including specialty to represent what ever makes you, well, proud.

Meanwhile, the forecast is looking relatively dry if not fully sunny for the third annual Pride Picnic this weekend in Volunteer Park. Details on this year’s event are below. Want to get started even earlier? The Divas Take the Hill Pride Kick-Off Party is Thursday night at Velocity Dance.

Glad to see more family events happening for Pride! Lots of Pride events are alcohol-based so it’s great to see more family-friendly events happening in Seattle! Hope to see a big turn out!!
