Seattleite Michael McCullough talks about his grandmother, Lily Kempson, who served as a teenage courier during Ireland’s Easter Rising of 1916, then escaped to America and settled in Seattle, where she lived to the age of 99. He’ll be offering personal reflections upon the approaching centennial of the event and bringing family artifacts to share. Light refreshments available for a $5 suggested donation.
