A four-week study group will explore the short book Lessons of October by Leon Trotsky, based on his experience as a leader of the Russian Revolution. One hundred years later his work is a valuable resource for activists who want to understand the dynamics of today’s “pop-up movements” and upsurges like the Arab Spring.

Mondays at north and south Seattle locations: 7:00pm at New Freeway Hall, 5018 Rainier Ave. S. or 6:30pm at 4017 University Way NE, Suite 100. Lessons of October is available online at www.socialism .com/seattle.
