This class introduces different style of this grape varietal from Bordeaux to Walla Walla; plus everything in-between. In addition to tasting these wines, students will also learn about (and taste!) foods and dishes that pair perfectly with this varietal. Get tips on picking great Cabs without breaking the budget (leaving room for other V-day essentials like flowers, necklace, spa treatment, etc.).
