4-story, brick building built in 1960's. 51 units - studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms available. Great views from the west facing apartments. Quiet building near Cornell and within short walking distance to the Broadway Market and downtown buslines. Secure parking garage, laundry room, elevator and large windows to let in the sunshine.
Resident managers are friendly, conscientious and approachable.

Lots of light from big windows to fight off those cloudy-day-blues; easy to catch public transit(#49,#14,#60); close to restaurants with lots of yummy things to eat (Dillitante's, Rom Mai Thai, Vivace, Joe Bar, etc); library, grocery, parks all within a quick walk; and the view from the top floor (west facing) can't be beat!
The resident managers are constantly working on updating appliances in the apartments and cleaning up the building (taking out the trash - human and otherwise).
Parking is available to those who have the cashy money to spend but there are Zipcars parked within 2-4 blocks from the building if you roll that way.
Cat's are permitted for a slight fee.
