Blue Sky Cleaners is a toxin-free dry cleaner. I was excited to be using them, until 2 shirts came back from cleaning with larges holes in them. When I pointed out the damage, the cleaners offered to repair them for me. That was a month ago and the last I ever saw or heard of my clothes. I have called multiple times, talked with 4 different people, all of whom said they would find out what was going on and call me back, but none of them have ever called me back. Last week I sent an email to the general email box, addressed to the CEO, but still no response. I really appreciate what they are trying to do, but not at the expense of losing my clothes! |
