| My first home on the hill. The Porter has a lot of style including an old fashioned elevator, and is usually pretty affordable for the neighborhood. I appreciated the well-timed radiator heat and large windows. The South facing units on the upper floors have a nice view of downtown but lots of late night noise from the SCCC parking garage. The third floor is the "cat floor" where cats come and go though the old ice delivery doors. The penthouse is an intriguing mystery... | |
