So I've never actually been inside Club Lagoon, but I was very concerned once I saw it listed for sale . Is the infamous car perched on the rooftop of the 80's / Miami beach themed club part of their lease? Will it soon disappear and change the look and feel of Broadway? Will anyone notice?

Or maybe the Lamborghini belongs to Subway....

An undisclosed Capitol Hill restaurant/lounge/bar for sale on the pike corridor, for $300,000 (which is on the cheap compared to similar sales). From the listing: "Prime Capitol Hill Location; Leasable 7,350 sq ft, seating capacity 600; 2 Bars plus 1 portable bar; High ceilings with loft seating. Potential for expansion. Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) required for client confidentially." A separate listing says the place was established in 1995.

I have my guesses, but I'd love to hear what place you think this is.

On Craigslist, of course.

The nightclub King Cobra (formerly Sugar) which just opened last February on Pine st, going for just under half a million. But wait - act now, and it includes a sprinkler system! And according to a recent press release, they "would like to sell King Cobra with it's current format, including a great calendar of upcoming events, and an all-star cast of employees." Hmm. Hopefully it comes with renaming rights as well.

In the market for fast food? The old KFC building could use some remodeling, but hell - I'd lease it just for the 28 parking spaces. Or there's the little Italian eatery that just seems way too tiny for my comfort level.

And finally, brand spankin' new restaurant & retail space up for grabs at The Pearl complete with pretty conceptual pictures.

P.S. - my first post, hi Cap Hill!
