Dilettante founder Dana Davenport is pleased to announce his latest taste creations at the new “Dilettante Mocha Café and Chocolate Martini Bar,” expediently located at 530 Broadway E on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. The new Dilettante Mocha Café and Chocolate Martini Bar will feature a European inspired menu and full bar presenting beautiful, signature chocolate martinis. We anticipate an early fall open and promise to be worth the wait.
I’m looking for to seeing the new Dilettante location, but can we not simply copy and paste marketing copy without notation and call it a blog entry? While I don’t believe this was the intent, this sounds more like an ad sock puppet speaking than a neighborhood commentator.

I do welcome local businesses to get involved in the site. One way to do that is with ads — either our free option or our paid. Another way is to add comments and posts that are part of larger discussions than just your business. I think it would be cool, for example, to get Capitol Hill-specific gardening tips from a local nursery.
Make sure to let everybody know if you have a commercial interest in what you post. It makes for better neighbors.
