Central District News police scanner report has a strange one from Bellevue tonight — anybody in the are know what happened?
5:10PM – 1641 Bellevue – Fire Alarm – Fire dept is requesting SPD help with a crowd control at the scene of a fire and/or fire alarm. Dispatchers mentioned something about someone having to jump from an apartment window. The 911 site lists this as only an alarm, not a fire, but it’s not entirely clear why there’s such a crowd otherwise. Update: 5:22pm – Fire dept is asking for two officers to quickly respond to the lobby of the building.
I saw that on my way home today. There were two fire trucks, an ambulance, and some police. I couldn’t see anything going on though so it didn’t look very exciting.
I heard from my friend who works in the building next door. A vet set his apartment on fire and then jumped out 4 stories. That is all that I know.
It was me. I am the one who jumped from that 4 story building. It was a suicide attempt by me. I tried to blow up my leg. But I did a messy job at it, so the fire went out and I jumped because I wanted to die. My name is james gerant and I am schizoephrenic. I had overdose to vicadone and I was hallucinating and my voices got the better hand of me and my sanity.
Beside that HRG is no-good to people who are mental clients. They don’t care about others. Just their pocket!
