Monday Feb 23
CHS Report: 9:36PM – 300 block E. Thomas – Indecent Exposure – A woman described as ‘highly intoxicated’ was arrested for exposing herself and masturbating on a grassy strip by the sidewalk across from an apartment building. Suspect is described in the report as a repeat offender.

Tuesday Feb 24
3:53PM – 1700 E Aloha St – Disturbance – Man tried to get in a DHL truck and drive off unsuccessfully, white male, cream jacket, dirty blonde hair

Wednesday Feb 25
1:21PM – 300 Broadway E – Trespassing – Manager of the Red Light wants a man and woman trespassed from his property.

CHS Report: 2:15PM – 400 block Broadway – Theft – Putting on his clothes after a workout at a gym, a man noticed that his wallet was in the wrong front pocket of his pants. Upon inspection, he noted missing items and contacted police.

CHS Report: 3:45PM – 400 block Broadway – Theft – A 72-year-old man reported his credit card had been stolen during his visit to the gym. The card had been used at the state liquor store on Broadway before the theft was reported.

4:04PM – 12th Ave and E Pine St – Accident – Bicyclist

CHS Report: 5:25PM – 2000 block E. Madison – Robbery – A man walked into an espresso shop and ordered several items. While the employee turned away to prepare the order, the man ripped the cash register from the counter and attempted to flee the store. The employee caught the man and there was a brief struggle during which the register hit the ground and the till opened. The man grabbed $250 cash and fled the scene. He was described as a black male, in his 30s or 40s, 5’10”, 275 lbs, with curly/permed hair.

Thursday Feb 26
CDNews Report: 12:30AM – 1400 block of 18th Ave – Burglary – Brian Wells, owner of Tougo Coffee, reports that his shop and two other Radio Point stores were targeted in an early morning break-in.

CHS Report: Between 2-8AM – 400 block 15th Ave E – Attempted Burglary – Somebody attempted to break into Take 2 Consignment and Salon Ciba by scaling a tree behind the business to scale a wall. The unknown suspect broke the handle off the back door of the building hosuing the buisinesses but did not gain entry.

3:51PM – 900 E Madison St – Weapons Call – Intoxicated man is throwing a knife into the ground, white male, 40s, green coat, blue jeans, back pack

CHS Report – 10:19PM – Summit at Thomas – Assault – A man and a woman said they were walking on Summit when they were approached by a group of 4 teens — two black males and two black females. One of the male teens asked the couple where the nearest pay phone was as the rest of the group encircled them. The male teen then punched the woman in the head and she fell to the sidewalk. The man and woman began yelling and attracted the attention of other people in the area causing the teens to flee.

Friday Feb 27

3:24PM – 400 Harvard E – Narcotics Activity – Two men exchanging and/or doing drugs in the restroom of the library.

CHS Report: – 4:59PM – Seattle Central – Mental Health – A 27-year-old man was admitted to Harborview after causing a disturbance at Seattle Central and demanding to speak with “the Governor and Senator of Washington State.”
