These people sound very much like the four losers I saw steal a young woman’s purse in front of me in front of the QFC. Four people jumped a young couple, grabbed her purse, and took off down the street. I chased them for a bit. Don’t bother calling the police. They seemed more pissed at the victim of the crime than they did in actually taking the statement of the only good witness (me), the person who chased them (me), and the person who called 911 (me). They literally yelled at the young woman who had just been robbed.
