The Seattle Police Department has released these security camera images of a man suspected in connection with a sexual assault aboard a Metro Transit Route 3 bus earlier this month.

The Seattle Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance.  On March 2, 2009 at approximately 3:30 p.m., an unknown male assaulted a woman aboard Metro bus route # 3.  This was an assault with sexual motivation. Route 3 travels betwen Queen Anne and Madrona passing through the Capitol Hill area just south of Seattle University. The investigation marks the second sex crime on a Metro bus in the area in recent weeks. A 51-year-old man was charged with felony indecent exposure after an incident on the #5 bus in late February.
