I’m at Havana with the Mike McGinn campaign party tonight to check out the scene and grab a few pictures and videos. Sorry for the one-sided coverage but it’s the only campaign partying on the Hill tonight (though Robert Rosencrantz isn’t far away down in Montlake! woo hoo!)

UPDATE 10:33 PM:
Here’s a collection of the latest totals with about 17% of ballots counted. Next update won’t come until Wednesday afternoon.
