Original Report: Protesters are gathering at Seattle Central this afternoon to mark the October 22 National Day of Protest against police brutality. The East Precinct headquarters at Pine and 12th Ave is expected to be targeted before the marchers head downtown and then to Boren and Howell, the location where JT Williams was shot dead by a Seattle police officer in August.
