CHS Pics | Curtain goes up on summer movies in Cal Anderson

There are plenty of times when an outdoor movie in Seattle is something you go to because, dammit, you’re supposed to watch movies in the park in the summer. Friday’s debut of the annual movies in Cal Anderson Park series was not one of those nights.

It was the kind of night when you might like to be sitting in a park with friends or family even without a movie. Three Dollar Bill Cinema went through with the plan to put Pee Wee on the big screen, anyway. Good call.
