Cafe Arabica Nears Two Year Anniversary: Interview

September marks the two year anniversary of Cafe Arabica on East Olive Way. What started out strictly as a coffee shop has seen a lot of changes. Soon after opening, Jojo Corvaia, the owner of the cafe, began featuring house made pastries and brunch items. For a brief period of time even, a dinner menu was offered. Cafe Arabica still offers Stumptown coffee, unique pastries, a delicious brunch menu, and rotating artwork. Jojo Corvaia worked as an artist and commercial photographer prior to opening Cafe Arabica but made huge changes in his life after a family tragedy. He was willing to sit down for an interview to discuss the motivation behind Cafe Arabica and how things are going two years since its opening.
