Following a February meeting with record attendance and a discussion about the group’s involvement in the Capitol Hill Station development process that went right to the heart and soul of what the Capitol Hill Community Council is about, March brings a more work-a-day-like slate for the grassroots citizens group. On the roster are discussions on redistricting and microhousing as well as presentations on the Housing Trust and the work to overhaul the council’s bylaws.
