  • Ferrari murder sentence: Andrew Patterson, the shooter who pleaded guilty to killing Justin Ferrari in a freak 2012 incident at MLK and Cherry, was sentenced to 23 years in prison for the crime Friday.

I do not know if this is relevant but I have seen 2 white males playing with whips in both Cal Anderson and Volunteer park as recently as this weekend. I cant identify them though because my dog is very scared of the sound so I leave the area as soon as possible. Personally I dont think it should be legal to have weapons like that in a public park.

Suspect is described as “BM”, which means black male.
