What sort of things inspire you to draw?

I wish I was better at articulating these kinds of things.  Mostly I draw from memories – life experiences, childhood experiences – things that make me feel good and comfortable.  Things that are familiar.  Familiarity is comforting.  For me those things center mostly around food and barf, cats, Lisa Frank’s color pallet, and people who look sort of like my friends? I also hope people think what I draw is kind of funny. Funny stuff is the best.
