ArtAche market always brings together great music acts with unique local vendors… what can we look forward to for November’s event?
Lindseys will be bringing the hardest sounds of fast pop punk garage death. Let me put it this way… if you threw your phone in a blender with some blood, sweat, and a dash of reverb, you will get Lindseys. Capitol Hill booking curator Mamma Casserole (Mamma’s Cave) says she’s going to play a “casserole of pysch, soul, jazz, garage, and far out world sounds. Plus, Dj Bobbi Rich (Easy Bake Coven) is bringing big bag of tricks and treats. You just might hear anything & everything out of her, whatever it is, we know it will be witchy. This could be everything from Grace Jones, Kate Bush, Coven, to Kip Tyler, and Stevie Nicks. She’ll be digging deep.
Above all, be sure to grab a mimosa ($3) while checking out our curated list of Capitol Hill community artists and crafters like Meghann Sommers’, Hunter Gatherer Vintage Shop, a whimsical collection from her travels; Kristina Cullen’s handcrafted jewelry line, Open the Cellar Door, a dark meticulously eerie array of beautiful accessories; and get in touch with your mystical side with Ambrosia’s Aura Readings.
ArtAche market takes over Chop Suey this Sunday, November 3rd from 1 to 6pm.
