I want to lend a vote of support to Capitol Hill Ink becoming a weekly (or however often you can) feature. Tattoo shops and tattoo peeps are two of my favorite things about the neighborhood.

Hey everyone, this is Amy, just wanted to say the photo looks great! I’m really looking forward to seeing more of these, and I’m glad I made the first one! However I’d like to make a few corrections in reference to my tattoos – my hands were tattooed by several different people. My left forearm and my chest were tattooed by my good friend JAY HEATH, at the time he was working out of Pierced Hearts Tattoo and Piercing up on 52nd and Roosevelt Way in the University District. He now works out of Devilution Ink with Lance Netherlin and they are located in the Studio Seven building down in SoDo just off of First Ave S and S Horton Street. https://www.facebook.com/jayheathtattoo
Cheers!
pretty neat. Looking forward to more of these.
The patchwork! Love it.
Is this a regular feature? LOVE.
I can totally see this as a great ongoing feature too. And if their tattoos were done locally, credit the local artist.
which now I see you have done…duh.
Yuck. No, just no.
Yeah, neck and hand tats are gross.
It wouldn’t be my cup of tea, but I can appreciate the quality of the artwork.
First thing that pops into my head is the Cuban Criminal Tattoo Code. I have a sibling that has tattoos. I’ll never understand the appeal.
She will regret that some day…both the tattoos and the smoking.
My body is not regrettable :) Cheers!
