I was looking at the satiric sketches available at The Onion.com, and then changed to this message from capitolhillseattle.com and decided The Onion couldn’t do any better for wacky satire on municipal government! Come now, are we really to believe district councils should be scrapped because the ages of their members hover between 40 and 60?
