Karter and Dobby (like the house elf) were found at Optimism Brewery, knockin’ back a few cold ones. A former Capitol Hill resident, Karter was priced out a few years ago, but often spends time on the Hill. Dobby is a terrier mix and is a year and a half old. Dobby is super adorable. We’re told Dobby is also well-behaved and “would go home with anyone.” With that said, please don’t not steal Dobby.

We ask photographer Alex Garland to follow marchers in the rain and do crazy things like trying to make yet another picture of yet another huge apartment building look interesting.
