During the month of June, Transportation Choices & partners across the region are showing their appreciation for transit riders with fun events, prizes, and encouragement.

Public transportation is vital to thriving, sustainable communities, and would not be possible with you – the riders. We’re asking riders to take a minute to pledge their support for transit with a quick survey. By taking the pledge riders will join a community that believes in the value of public transportation, make an effort to replace drive alone trips with transit whenever possible, and be rewarded with prizes.

To wrap up the month, Transportation Choices is hosting a Rider Celebration happy hour on June 29th in Capitol Hill at Optimism Brewery, a short walk from the light rail station. This is a community event, open to the public, and a great chance to meet fellow transit enthusiasts in your neighborhood!
