A neighbor sent CHS security video he believes shows the vandal keying car in a string of vandalism that began early this month:For the past three weeks our neighborhood cars have been vandalized on an almost night basis. I have attached a video that was captured Monday night of the suspect keying a car. He usually hits about 10-15 cars…..some cars have been keyed multiple times. The police are working with us but have been unable to help us out much. We are afraid to park our cars or get them fixed as he will just do it again. We would love some help!!
