The Red Zone, a concentrated neighborhood of over-the-top Halloween decorations, is located on North Capitol Hill, near St. Joseph Church. Bordered by 16th Ave East, Highland, 18th Ave East and Mercer, the action begins around 5 for the kiddies and continues until candy runs out.

Many of the 9 blocks have closed their streets to car traffic for the safety of trick or treaters.
