is anyone sure that the millionaires living near the park will not complain that noise and parking and congestion will affect them neagativly..you know the folks who see the park as their private oasis. the ones who want the park to help their property values but not see it as a resource for all. these are the folks who self -identify as more liberal but act with the greed of the rich
