3-10 is not 22nd Ave is NOT 22nd Ave E…. it’s plain 22nd Ave (no designation). One expects delivery men to often enough get this wrong, but come on… the city should be able to do it correctly.

Same address problem on 3-11 and 3-12: These are not 23rd Ave EAST, they are 23rd Ave. Big difference in location!
