Starting this week the Aloha Community Art Museum will be exhibiting watercolor paintings by Lulu Anderson, with an opening gala on Friday, September 24th from 7 to 8:30 pm. In addition to having art on display, there will be live music provided by local DJ Cherry White and a limited number of prints that Lulu has generously donated for attendees to take home.
Given the current spike in COVID cases in King County, masks will be mandatory for all attendees (vaccinated and unvaccinated). As always, fancy attire is encouraged but not required.
The museum is located between 17th Ave E and 18th Ave E just north of E Aloha St in Capitol Hill.

Hey, my name is Lulu. I’m a junior in high school and I love to create! This collection of small watercolor paintings is centered around an explorer and the places they journey to. I mostly work with watercolor and gouache but recently I’ve been getting into block printing as well. Hope you enjoy the show and thanks for coming!
The Aloha Community Art Museum is dedicated to the celebration of Seattle artists of all ages and experience levels.
