  • Defend Kshama From The Right Wing Recall: Supporters can stop through Chop Suey for a drag show rally to kick off the District 3 councilmember’s campaign to defend her seat in the December recall election.

  • UW Head of the Lake Regatta: The annual races feature a three-mile course, which starts in Lake Union, northeast of Gasworks Park, crosses Portage Bay, runs through the Montlake Cut and finishes in Union Bay of Lake Washington.
  • Capitol Hill COVID Remembrance Project: St. Joseph Parish hosts a community memorial at the corner of 19th & Aloha in remembrance of those who died from COVID beginning with an afternoon gathering. The memorial will remain in place through the month.
  • On the Wall: ‘Northwest Nikkei’ by Michelle Kumata: Visit the nearby Seattle Japanese Garden to view the Northwest Nikkei work of the Seattle artist.
