That kid was hit next to Spruce Mini Park. It’s next to our daycare and kids flock there every afternoon to play. Meanwhile motorists regularly speed down the side streets. I’m so glad this collision wasn’t fatal. It easily could have been. My heart goes out to the child and their family.
