  1. I don’t see anything friendly about a building whose proposed height is 1/2 what the neighborhood is zoned for. The developer is effectively stealing 8 floors worth of housing stock from this and future generations–in a neighborhood that is walking distance to light rail, multiple grocery stores, many other services and major employment centers. Minimum height requirements should be in effect in Seattle and especially in greater downtown and in walk sheds of LR stations. Very sad to see this.
