  7. From PPUNC:
At the good ole monthly PPUNC meeting we will be hosting a discussion on how we merge our nationally known (no kidding) Pike Pine Conservation Overlay and our need to do our part to support the City and its progressive policies on addressing homelessness and affordability. Both are super worthy causes we passionately support. They just potentially conflict with one another. But — there is a solution — we just need to find it. Many smart people are invited, including leaders from the city, so come join us from 6 – 7:30, 12th Avenue Arts, Pike|Pine Room

  8. From PPUNC: “The City will update us on the One City Center proposal, which includes bike lanes and possible traffic revisions to Pike|Pine. Big impacts to the Hill, so please swing on by!”

  9. Agenda update from organizers:

There are two projects for this evening:

1833 Broadway, where Anna Purna is, just north of the west ST Entrance. This is the first time PPUNC will see this project. Time 6:00
1812 Broadway, currently the locations of the funeral home and its parking. The applicant has met with PPUNC twice. Despite this interaction, the project has raised concerns regarding its lack of activation along Nagle Place. Time 6:45
Pioneer Human Services has postponed presenting until a future time.
