On the List | Capitol Hill Art Walk, end of face mask requirements in Seattle, Daylight Saving ‘spring forward’

You don’t need to celebrate. You can mark the milestone in any way you see fit.

Saturday brings the first day face masks will again be optional in Seattle and across Washington state in more than 600 days. Be ready for many venues to keep mask requirements in place and consider others in your decisions on when to mask and when to free face it.

If you are interested, the CHS Calendar has a few ideas for going out in the world including Thursday night’s March edition of the Capitol Hill Art Walk.

March highlights include the opening of the Sunny Side Up show at the FoodArt Collection, a Candle Making Workshop in the Greenfire Loft in Melrose Market, Introvertido by Paco Macías O at The Factory inside First Hill’s Museum of Museums, and a new group show at Steve Gilbert Studio.

You can also add your community events here for free.

Meanwhile, Sunday brings a milestone of a different sort — clocks spring forward by an hour starting at 2 AM marking the start of Daylight Saving Time across most of the United States.

Happy (almost) spring.
