See, this is *exactly* why I lose my cool every time some joker (ahem) promulgates the misguided argument that parking caps are a good idea. Instead of punishing travelers by intervening to degrade the quality of people's transit options (yes, driving counts as an "option"), Seattle needs to provide *decent effing transit* if it wants to move people around in a sustainable, livable way. |
