The rainbow flag in blue is just a dumb idea, Capitol Hill has always been a neighborhood for everyone. And it is proving to be even more so now with the Genderfication of the Broadway area. I believe the colors of the Rainbow represent exactly that. Not just 1 or 2 groups of people but, all that live & come to this wonderful vibrantly colored Seattle neighborhood.
