Capitol Hill Community Post | Shofar And Tashlich In Volunteer Park

Join us in the park as we perform the essential Mitzvah of the day. Bring in the new year with the call of the Shofar.

There will be a short shofar blowing service, followed by the Tashlich Prayer ceremony. Tashlich is a beautiful ceremony in which we throw our misdeeds into the ocean and pray for a healthy and happy sweet new year.
Thursday, September 21st, at 6:00 PM at the pond at Volunteer Park. The event is free of charge and open to all.

There will be a full Rosh Hashana service from 10 AM – 1:00 PM at the Seattle Hebrew Academy for more information please visit
