My source is simply a sign that the new owners have posted in the window.

I’ll have to go by and find the sign –hope it’ll be a good complement to B&O! Portuguese sounds good

according to the liquor license database, looks like it will be the “Fire Grill” – and they will be serving beer & wine

look at you and your computer assisted reporting skillz! Sometimes businesses end up with different “friendly name” on the sign than what shows up in the paperwork, no?
