If you are as impressed by the STart on Broadway installation as I am, here is a chance to meet the artists.  Note that the exhibition has now been extended until 11/15.  After mid-November, the buildings’ electricity will be disconnected to allow the contractor to remove any hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) in preparation for demolishing the buildings beginning in January.  From Sound Transit’s website, the reception will be at Artist Trust, 1835 12th Ave on Friday, October 24th from 6-8:00 PM, then there will be a guided tour on Broadway from 8 – 9 PM.
