ballet on pike has really good mock chicken and beef.
It’s not “local”, but Bamboo Garden in lower Queen Anne has the most amazing “meats”.
Thinking about losing them from the interface or replacing with thumbs-up/thumbs-down
I had a veggie BLT at Bleu last night and it totally hit the spot.
p.s. I’m not a fan of the stars either.
Redwood has a fantasic fake-meat selection. Mostly field roast stuff. It’s not on the menu(they apparently forgot to include it on a recent re-print) but the vegetarian meatloaf sandwich is still very much available and delicious – especially with BBQ sauce.
I *love* that BLT at Bleu!
